Photovoltaic Cell I-V Test Stations
This precision solar cell testing setup features a dual-zone vacuum chuck designed to securely hold 1-inch, 2-inch, and 3-inch cells. It enables accurate I–V characterization using a shadowless manual probing system with support for up to 3 busbars and 7 pogo pins per PCB. The platform incorporates isolated voltage and current measurement for both top and bottom contacts. A water-controlled top plate ensures temperature stability for repeatable and reliable measurements. Engineered for high-precision PV IC testing, this setup is ideal for lab-scale efficiency evaluation under controlled conditions.
Electroluminescence Imaging Device (EL - Device)
This product is a high-sensitivity Electroluminescence (EL) Imaging System designed for non-destructive quality control and defect analysis of solar cells. By applying a forward bias to the photovoltaic cell, the system captures near-infrared emissions to reveal "invisible" structural flaws—such as micro-cracks, PID (Potential Induced Degradation), inactive regions, and finger defects—that are undetectable by standard visual inspection. Our EL imaging solution provides high-resolution spatial mapping to ensure peak efficiency and long-term reliability of solar assets.
